About the video: A tour of the Manchester Buddhist Centre - a companion to Clear Vision's existing video pack, Living Buddhism, this video pack for upper KS2 and KS3 is a 29-minute tour of one of the many Buddhist places of worship in Britain today: a beautifully converted warehouse in the centre of Manchester. Buddhists explain how their work here expresses their beliefs, and its effect on the local area.

Footage of a real school visit is intercut with interviews and clips of worship, meditation, domestic life and work in the centre's cafe and health centre; allowing pupils a view of people and activities not usually accessible to them on weekday visits. Each section concludes with a question, and the handbook suggests further discussion topics and activities.
